Winter Soup Recipes | A must try heathy winter soup ideas

Winter Soup Ingredients
- Dried red lentils, 85g
- Diced after being quartered lengthwise, two carrots
- Three sliced celery sticks
- Two little leeks, cut
- Two tablespoons of tomato purée
- One Teaspoon of fresh thyme leaves
- Three big, chopped garlic cloves
- One tablespoon powdered vegetable bouillon
- One heaping tsp of coriander powder
Method:
Step 1: Place all of the ingredients in a big pan. Pour in 1½ liters of hot water and mix thoroughly.
Step 2: After covering and simmering for 30 minutes, the lentils and vegetables should be soft.
Step 3: Spoon into plates and serve immediately, or use a hand blender or food processor to puree a third of the soup if you prefer a very thick consistency.
